Baked Chicken

Delicious baked chicken recipe, this dish is full of energy thanks to its high protein content and is also low in fat.

  • pimentones, red to taste
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 chicken, per person
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatillos, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, in pieces
  • lime juice, (1 piece)
  • 1 lime, cut into cubes
  • pepper, and salt to taste

  • Once the chicken is washed and dried, remove as much fat as possible. Place the olive oil and white wine in a baking dish. Cover the baking tray with the tomato, onion, and bell pepper.
  • Pour the lemon juice over the chicken and place the lemon cubes inside the bird. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle paprika. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 180 °C.
  • Baste the chicken occasionally with its own juices. If it dries out, add a little more water simultaneously.
