Once the chicken is washed and dried, remove as much fat as possible. Place the olive oil and white wine in a baking dish. Cover the baking tray with the tomato, onion, and bell pepper.
Pour the lemon juice over the chicken and place the lemon cubes inside the bird. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle paprika. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 180 °C.
Baste the chicken occasionally with its own juices. If it dries out, add a little more water simultaneously.
