Ingredients

6 portions
  • paprika, red to taste
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 chicken, per person
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, in pieces
  • lemon juice, (1 piece)
  • 1 lemon, cut into cubes
  • black pepper, and salt to taste

Preparation

Once washed and dried the chicken remove the most amount of fat. Put the olive oil and white wine in a baking dish. Cover the broiler pan with the tomato, onion and pepper.
Pour the lemon juice into the chicken and put the lemon cubes inside the bird. Season to taste and pour the paprika. Bake 45 minutes at 1 hour at 180 ° C.
Sauce the chicken every so often with its own juice. If it dries, add a little more water, simultaneously.
