Ingredients

6 portions
  • peppers, red to taste
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 chicken, per person
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, in pieces
  • lemon juice, (1 piece)
  • 1 lemon, diced
  • black pepper, and salt to taste

Preparation

Once the chicken is washed and dried, remove the greatest amount of fat. Put the olive oil and white wine in a baking dish. Cover the roasting pan with the tomato, onion and pepper.
Pour the lemon juice on the chicken and put the lemon cubes inside the bird. Season to taste and add the paprika. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 180 ° C.
Sauce the chicken every so often with its own juice. If it dries up, add a little more water, simultaneously.
