Baked Natural Toasts

  • 1/4 kilos masa dough
  • water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • chia seeds, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the corn dough with the water and salt, mixing until integrated and having a homogeneous consistency.
  • Form the toasts into a ball and place them in a press, put them on a tray with parchment paper, sprinkle with chia, and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
