600 grams skirt steak, cooked and shredded
4 tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 Romaine lettuces, chopped
2 limes
2 avocados, in cubes
6 pickled Jalapeño chiles, finely chopped
4 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
1/3 red onions, sliced
120 grams panela cheese, grated

Mix the shredded beef with the tomato, lettuce, avocado, parsley, jalapeño pepper, and red onion.
