Fish Fillet a la Marineta

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 20 clams, cooked
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose wheat flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • parsley, finely chopped to taste
  • olive oil
  • lime juice, for each fillet
  • 1 red bell pepper, or yellow
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Sprinkle lemon juice on the fish fillet, add salt, pepper, and coat them in flour until fully covered.
  • Fry the fillets in a pan with hot oil and set aside.
  • In another pan over medium heat, cook the onion, garlic, bell pepper, a little pepper, and a tablespoon of flour, stirring until all the ingredients are well cooked.
  • Add the cooked clams, wine, parsley, and season until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Serve the fillets plated on the sauce.
