Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 1/2 onions, finely cut
  • 20 clams, cooked
  • 3 tablespoons White flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • parsley, Finely chopped to taste
  • olive oils
  • lemon juice, for each fillet
  • 1 red bell pepper, or yellow
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Sprinkle the lemon juice on the fish fillet, add the salt, pepper and overfill them in flour until they are completely covered.
Fry the steaks in a pan with hot oil and reserve.
In another frying pan over medium heat cook the onion, garlic, bell pepper, a little pepper and a tablespoon of flour, and stir until all the incredibles are cooked.
Add cooked clams, wine, parsley and season until the desired consistency is achieved.
Serve mounted on the steaks on the sauce.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with rice.
