  • 1 cup panela cheese, in cubes
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat sour cream, low in fat
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1/3 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 chipotle chiles, cooked
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon chicken consommé, shrimp

  • Blend tomatoes, onion, garlic, salt, cream, broth, and chili
  • In a baking dish, place the fish fillets, vegetables, and pieces of cheese
  • Cover the baking dish with the tomato sauce and cover with aluminum foil
