Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 1 bag frozen vegetable, precooked
  • 1 cup panela cheese, in pictures
  • 3 tablespoons low fat sour cream, low fat
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1/3 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 chipotle chilies, Cooked
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon chicken soup, of shrimp

Preparation

Blend tomatoes, onion, garlic, salt, cream and chile
In a refractory put the fillets of fish, vegetables and pieces of brown sugar
Cover the refractory with the tomato sauce and cover with aliminium paper
Bake for 15 minutes at 220 ° C and serve

TIPS

This recipe is also used for frozen fish. You just have to bake 10 more minutes.
