Green Salad with Pear and Walnut

It is a simple salad but with a nice view that seems like something fresh and delicious while the sweet and salty makes a good combination. A green salad easy to prepare and with a flavor that you will love.

  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 3/4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 bag mixed lettuce
  • 2 pears, finely sliced
  • 1 cup panela cheese
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, praline
  • salt, to taste
  • pomegranates, necessary amount

  • For the dressing: In a bowl mix mayonnaise, cream, vinegar, oil, onion, pepper and salt. You mix it perfectly and separate
  • Nut garampiñada. You can buy it but if you want to prepare it, in a pot you put 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 of water, as well as 1 cup of walnut, you leave it to make a syrup, without stopping to shake. Once you see that the nuts are ready, you put them on waxed paper separating them so they do not stick. You already cold the parts and you add to the salad 1/2 cup or the quantity to your pleasure.
