Ingredients: 1/4 cups mayonnaise; 1/4 cups sour cream; 3/4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar; 1 teaspoon olive oil; 1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped; black pepper, to taste; 1 bag mixed lettuce; 2 pears, thinly sliced; 1 cup panela cheese; 1/2 cups walnuts, candied; salt, to taste; pomegranates, necessary amount

For the dressing: In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cream, vinegar, oil, onion, pepper, and salt. Mix it well and set aside. Candied walnuts. You can buy them, but if you want to make them, in a pot put 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water, as well as 1 cup of walnuts, and let it become a syrup, stirring constantly. Once the walnuts are ready, take them out and place them on wax paper, separating them so they don’t stick together. Once cooled, add 1/2 cup or the amount to your liking to the salad.
