1 can chipotle chile in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1/3 bunches fresh cilantro
1/4 onions, finely chopped
2 lime juice
2 tablespoons water
sea salt
pepper, freshly ground

Put the edamame, avocado, chipotle, cilantro, onion and lemon juice in the food processor and mix until the ingredients are soft. Add enough water to achieve a creamy consistency and mix once more.
Transfer the guacamole to a bowl, season with salt and pepper and serve.
