This healthy lunch recipe is very easy to make, but best of all, it is delicious and healthy, making it ideal for lunch. Additionally, it can be taken to work or school in case you don't have time to have breakfast at home.

  • 1/2 bananas
  • 5 almonds
  • 10 grams raspberries
  • 10 grams blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • The egg can be cooked to your liking; it can be fried with a little oil, boiled, or scrambled.
  • Spread the jam of your choice on the toasted bread, then cut the banana into slices and place them on the toasted bread, and finally sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
  • The raspberries, blackberries, and almonds are placed together on one side of the prepared toasted bread, with the egg of your preference on the plate.
