1 yogurt

60 milliliters sunflower oil
125 grams brown sugar
1 cup oats, mashed
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 gram salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Prepare the cupcake liners in a cupcake tray.
Sift the flour, along with the baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Place the bananas, egg, yogurt, oil, and mashed oatmeal in the blender. Blend until everything is well combined. Set aside.
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the reserved banana mixture.
Fill the mixture 3/4 of the way in the mold and bake for 25 minutes.
