Oatmeal and Banana Cupcakes

They provide energy; it’s always better to opt for some healthy baked goods. Oatmeal and banana muffins are delicious!

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 60 milliliters sunflower oil
  • 125 grams brown sugar
  • 1 cup oats, mashed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 gram salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Prepare the cupcake liners in a cupcake tray.
  • Sift the flour, along with the baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • Place the bananas, egg, yogurt, oil, and mashed oatmeal in the blender. Blend until everything is well combined. Set aside.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the reserved banana mixture.
  • Fill the mixture 3/4 of the way in the mold and bake for 25 minutes.
