125 grams brown sugar
1 cup oats, crushed
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Prepare the cups inside a tray for cupcakes.
Sift flour, together with baking soda and salt. Reserve.
Put the bananas, the egg, the yogurt, the oil and the crushed oats in the
blender
jar. Beat until everything is integrated. Reserve.
Mix the flour, the yeast, the baking soda and the salt.
Add the dried ones to the banana preparation that we reserve.
Put the mixture filling 3/4 of the mold and bake for 25 minutes.
