Stuffed chayotes

A mix of vegetables and seafood. It is super economical and easy to prepare.

  • 3 chayotes
  • 1 can canned tuna in water
  • mayonnaise, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • salt, the needed
  • 1/2 onions
  • 6 leaves lettuce
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 1 carrot

  • Cut the limbs of the chayotes. Peel and put to sew in water with salt.
  • Make a salad with the tuna, 2 tomatoes, the carrot, the chile serrano, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
