1 can canned tuna in water
mayonnaise, to taste
pepper, to taste
salt, as needed
1/2 onions
6 leaves lettuce
1 serrano chile
1 carrot

Cut the ends off the chayotes. Peel and boil in salted water.
Make a salad with the tuna, 2 tomatoes, the carrot, the serrano pepper, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.
