This is a gluten-free lasagna recipe.
When the onion is golden, add the ground meat, then stir and let it cook covered with the two bay leaves.
When the meat is cooked, remove the lid and pour in the tomato sauce and season with the spices.
Take the peppers and, with the help of a knife, remove the top and the center, then fill them with the (previously made) meat sauce, mozzarella cheese, and season with complete seasoning.
Place the tops on your peppers and bake for 30 minutes.
