1/2 onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tomato
40 grams turkey deli ham, diced into small cubes
100 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat the oven to 170°C.
In a pot with boiling water, place the zucchinis and cook until soft.
Cut them in half and, using a spoon, remove the center and set it aside.
In a pot, add the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic. Then add the onion, the diced tomato, and cook until translucent.
Add the turkey ham and what you reserved from the zucchini. Season with salt and pepper to taste, cook for a few minutes, and set aside.
Fill the zucchinis with the previous mixture and add the Oaxaca cheese on top, then place them in a baking dish.
Bake for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
