Ceviche Toast with Mango and Habanero

For these hot days, nothing is better than a delicious ceviche with a tangy touch of fresh mango and an unmatched spiciness from the habanero pepper. Enjoy these tostadas that are very easy to prepare and you will surely love them.

  • 10 tortillas, mini
  • 1 cup fish fillet, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups mango, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 5 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Habanero chile, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups lime juice, yellow lemon
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil

  • Dehydrate the tortillas in the Samsung® Cello microwave 3 at a time for 1 minute 30 seconds. Flip the tortillas halfway through the time and finish dehydrating. Remove and set aside.
  • Mix in a bowl the fish, mango, onion, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, habanero pepper, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil perfectly. Refrigerate in Samsung's Twin Cooling Plus® for 10 minutes.
  • Take the ceviche out of Samsung's Twin Cooling Plus® and mix. Refrigerate again for another 10 minutes.
  • Place 3 tostadas per plate and serve the ceviche on each one. Decorate with cilantro.
