Ingredients: 10 tortillas, mini; 1 cup fish fillet, cut into small cubes; 1/2 cups mango, peeled and cut into cubes; 1/2 red onions; 10 cherry tomatoes; 5 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped; 1 teaspoon Habanero chile, finely chopped; 1/4 cups lime juice, yellow lemon; 2 teaspoons salt; 3 teaspoons olive oil

Dehydrate the tortillas in the Samsung® Cello microwave 3 at a time for 1 minute 30 seconds. Flip the tortillas halfway through the time and finish dehydrating. Remove and set aside. Mix in a bowl the fish, mango, onion, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, habanero pepper, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil perfectly. Refrigerate in Samsung's Twin Cooling Plus® for 10 minutes.
