  • 1/4 cups McCormick® Light Dressing
  • 1/4 cups tomato purée
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt
  • 1 cup panko
  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups carrot, grated
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, in small cubes
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • salad, to accompany

  • In a bowl, mix the McCormick® Light Dressing, tomato puree, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the panko, ground chicken, onion, carrot, green pepper, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.Incorporate the McCormick® Light Dressing mixture, and once all the ingredients are combined, place in a previously greased glass baking dish.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes or until the cake is well cooked.
  • Serve slices of the chicken cake and accompany with salad.
