Ingredients: 1/4 cups McCormick® Light Dressing; 1/4 cups tomato purée; 2 tablespoons milk; 1 tablespoon garlic powder; 1 teaspoon onion powder; salt; 1 cup panko; 500 grams ground chicken; 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped; 1/4 cups carrot, grated; 1 cup green bell pepper, in small cubes; 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped; 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese; salt; pepper; salad, to accompany

In a bowl, mix the McCormick® Light Dressing, tomato puree, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until well combined. Set aside. In another bowl, mix the panko, ground chicken, onion, carrot, green pepper, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Incorporate the McCormick® Light Dressing mixture, and once all the ingredients are combined, place in a previously greased glass baking dish.
