Sauté the onion and garlic with olive oil; when it is translucent, add the tomato and then the cod. Lower the heat and subsequently add the chiles, olives, capers, almonds, and baby potatoes.
Continue cooking, adjust seasoning, and at the end incorporate parsley. Cook for approximately 50 minutes on low heat.
