Ingredients: 500 grams dried cod, desalting; 400 milliliters extra virgin olive oil; 6 güero chiles; 100 grams olives, green; 50 grams capers; 100 grams unsalted almonds, peeled; 1 onion, finely chopped; 300 grams new potatoes, cooked; 350 grams tomato, finely chopped; 1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped; 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped; 15 grams salt; 7 grams pepper

Sauté the onion and garlic with olive oil; when it is translucent, add the tomato and then the cod. Lower the heat and subsequently add the chiles, olives, capers, almonds, and baby potatoes.
