3 Poblano chiles
1/2 onions
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup cow's milk
1 cup sour cream
190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
1 little box chicken broth

Clean the poblano peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into 4 pieces.
Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with butter.
Blend the cream cheese, milk, cream, and poblano peppers.
Add the onion and blend.
Put the mixture in the pan and wait for it to boil.
Add a cube of chicken broth and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
In a pan, place the fish fillets and season with salt and pepper. Flip to cook them on both sides.
Serve the fillets and pour the sauce over them. Garnish with a parsley leaf.
