Fish Fillets with Poblano Pepper Sauce

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 3 Poblano chiles
  • 1/2 onions
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 little box chicken broth

  • Clean the poblano peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into 4 pieces.
  • Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with butter.
  • Blend the cream cheese, milk, cream, and poblano peppers.
  • Add the onion and blend.
  • Put the mixture in the pan and wait for it to boil.
  • Add a cube of chicken broth and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  • In a pan, place the fish fillets and season with salt and pepper. Flip to cook them on both sides.
  • Serve the fillets and pour the sauce over them. Garnish with a parsley leaf.
