Four Cheese Baked Cake with Potato and Spinach

  • 2 potatoes, blanched, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup serrano ham, finely chopped
  • 3 cups spinach, cut into strips
  • 1 cup Hunt´S® tomato sauce for pasta
  • 2 cups cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, season the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them in a previously greased mold, forming a base and covering the sides. Set aside.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, onion, serrano ham, spinach, and Hunts® Traditional Pasta Sauce. Remove from heat. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, brie cheese, mozzarella cheese, mascarpone cheese, with the egg, flour, and milk until well combined. Season and integrate the spinach mixture.
  • Pour the mixture over the potato base, bake covered with aluminum foil for 15 minutes or until the egg is puffed. Serve hot.
