Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, season the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them in a previously greased mold, forming a base and covering the sides. Set aside. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, onion, serrano ham, spinach, and Hunts® Traditional Pasta Sauce. Remove from heat. Set aside. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, brie cheese, mozzarella cheese, mascarpone cheese, with the egg, flour, and milk until well combined. Season and integrate the spinach mixture. Pour the mixture over the potato base, bake covered with aluminum foil for 15 minutes or until the egg is puffed. Serve hot.
