  • 1/4 cups Kikkoman® Chili Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoons ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • sesame oil
  • 500 grams rose meat, cooked, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups flour, for the dumpling dough
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the dumpling dough
  • 1/2 cups water, for the dumpling dough
  • cornstarch
  • Kikkoman® Chili Soy Sauce, for accompaniment

  • In a bowl, mix the Kikkoman® soy sauce with chili, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  • Heat a little sesame oil in a pan, sauté the beef brisket, add the previous mixture, and cook for 3 minutes. Finally, add the green onion, mix, and set the preparation aside.
  • For the dumpling dough: Mix the flour with salt, gradually pour in the water, and knead for 10 minutes or until you get a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
  • Divide the dough into small portions and dust with cornstarch, then start rolling the edges until you get a thin disc. Set aside by placing cornstarch between each disc and covering to prevent them from drying out.
  • Fill the dumplings with the beef brisket, use a few drops of water to seal the dough, and place in a bamboo steamer. Cook for 6 minutes or until they are ready.
  • Serve the beef brisket dumplings and accompany with Kikkoman® soy sauce with chili.
