Mini egg hamburgers

  • 4 San Juan® eggs
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • salt

  • 2 cups ground meat
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • vegetable oil, for cooking the hamburgers
  • 1/4 cups Mozzarella cheese, sliced, for the hamburgers
  • 1/4 cups sesame seeds, toasted, for decoration
  • cherry tomato, in half, for decoration

Low
  • Heat the water in a pot over medium heat and once it boils, cook the Huevos San Juan® for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Make a cut around the egg, but without touching the yolk. Remove the yolk and repeat the same procedure with the other eggs.
  • In a bowl, mix the yolks with mayonnaise, paprika, salt, and pepper until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and set aside.
  • For the hamburger meat: mix the ground meat, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, and cheese in a bowl. Shape the meat into hamburger patties and cook over medium heat, add the manchego cheese, cover, and cook for 5 minutes or until the meat is well cooked and the cheese has melted.
  • Fill the cooked egg whites with the yolk mixture, add the meat, place the other half of the egg white, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and place a cherry tomato on top.
