1 envelope Knorr ® rice a la poblana
2 cups skirt steak, cooked, unsalted, and shredded
1 cup tomato, seedless, diced
5 leaves Romaine lettuce, washed and disinfected
1 3/4 cups water
2 teaspoons Knorr® beef bouillon, granulated
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar

Pour the water into a pot and add the oil.
Pour the Knorr® Arroz a la Poblana packet into a pot, mix thoroughly. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
Lower the heat when it starts to boil and cook for 10 more minutes. Let it cool.
In a bowl, mix the flank steak, tomato, lettuce, and the tablespoon of Knorr® Caldo Sabor Res.
Gradually incorporate the rice into the bowl. Add the vinegar and mix gently.
Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve.
