Salpicón with Rice

This salpicón with rice will look great on your table. It’s a quick recipe to make, very complete and healthy. Perfect for eating cold and enjoying during the hot season.

  • 1 envelope Knorr ® rice a la poblana
  • 2 cups skirt steak, cooked, unsalted, and shredded
  • 1 cup tomato, seedless, diced
  • 5 leaves Romaine lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons Knorr® beef bouillon, granulated
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

  • Pour the water into a pot and add the oil.
  • Pour the Knorr® Arroz a la Poblana packet into a pot, mix thoroughly. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Lower the heat when it starts to boil and cook for 10 more minutes. Let it cool.
  • In a bowl, mix the flank steak, tomato, lettuce, and the tablespoon of Knorr® Caldo Sabor Res.
  • Gradually incorporate the rice into the bowl. Add the vinegar and mix gently.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve.
