Skirt Steak Fajitas with Mushrooms

  • 8 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® precooked floured tortillas
  • 500 grams skirt steak, cut into fajitas, marinated
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 2 cups button mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 serrano chiles, sliced
  • cooking spray, necessary amount
  • ground peppers, to taste

  • Heat a little cooking spray oil and sauté the onion, serrano chiles, and yellow bell pepper.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and skirt steak fajitas, season with pepper to taste and cook to your desired doneness.
