  • Blend the tomatoes, onion, garlic clove, cumin, salt, pepper, and water until a sauce forms. Set aside.
  • Fry the potatoes in a skillet with enough hot oil for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
  • Cook the cecina on a griddle for 3 minutes on each side or until well cooked.
  • Build your cecina tacos with potatoes: Add cecina, potatoes, sauce, and roasted green onions to the tortilla and pair with Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor.
