Delicious red pozole recipe to prepare on any day or for a special occasion, accompanied by classic tostadas. It's a typical Mexican dish that you must try.
Boil the guajillo chili in a little water for at least 10 minutes; once ready, blend it, strain it, and set aside.
In the pressure cooker, cook the corn with water, the pork meat, a piece of onion, garlic, and salt to taste.
Add the ground guajillo chili and let it cook for at least 30 minutes.
While your corn is cooking, chop your onion, lettuce, radishes, and set aside.
Once the pozole is ready, take the meat out of the pot, shred it separately, and set it aside for serving.
In a pozole bowl (optional), serve your pozole and add the meat, lettuce, onion, radishes, and oregano.
A few drops of lemon (optional) and you're done.
Enjoy your meal.
