Boil the guajillo chili in a little water for at least 10 minutes; once ready, blend it, strain it, and set aside. In the pressure cooker, cook the corn with water, the pork meat, a piece of onion, garlic, and salt to taste. Add the ground guajillo chili and let it cook for at least 30 minutes.
