There is no dish more Mexican than delicious green tamales. Here we present a simplified version of the classic preparation, without losing its delicious and traditional flavor.
1 cup chicken breast, cooked without salt, shredded
4 tomatillos
1/8 onions
1 garlic
1/2 packages corn husk
1 tablespoon baking powder

For the filling: boil the tomato, onion, garlic, and chili perfectly. Blend with half a cup of water and boil. Season with a teaspoon of Knorr® Suiza. Add and integrate the chicken and set aside.
Beat the Primavera Chantilly® Margarine without Salt until creamy, add the baking powder and the dough. Mix everything very well.
Assemble the tamales by placing two tablespoons of dough and one tablespoon of filling on each leaf. Fold the tamales and place them in a steamer. Cover and cook for approximately 45 minutes.
