  • egg, for breading
  • breadcrumbs, for breading
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cup chorizo, for the choriqueso
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded, for the choriqueso
  • 1 cup asadero cheese, shredded, for the choriqueso
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded, for the choriqueso
  • morita chili sauce, to accompany the milanesa tacos
  • lime juice, to accompany the milanesa tacos
  • Sidral Mundet® peach flavor, to accompany the milanesa tacos

  • For the milanesa: Dip the beef steak in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs. Press the milanesa with your hands to compact the breadcrumbs and cover completely. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the milanesa on both sides for 5 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to remove excess oil and cut the beef milanesa into strips. Set aside.
  • For the choriqueso: fry the chorizo in a cast-iron skillet for 10 minutes or until browned, add the asadero cheese, Oaxaca cheese, and manchego cheese and wait for it to melt. Set aside.
  • Assemble the milanesa tacos with cheese: place the milanesa on a flat plate, top with choriqueso, and accompany with morita chili sauce and lime juice. Enjoy the mila cheese with the refreshing flavor of Sidral Mundet® Peach Flavor!
