1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded, for the choriqueso
1 cup asadero cheese, shredded, for the choriqueso
1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded, for the choriqueso
morita chili sauce, to accompany the milanesa tacos
lime juice, to accompany the milanesa tacos

For the milanesa: Dip the beef steak in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs. Press the milanesa with your hands to compact the breadcrumbs and cover completely. Set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the milanesa on both sides for 5 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to remove excess oil and cut the beef milanesa into strips. Set aside.
For the choriqueso: fry the chorizo in a cast-iron skillet for 10 minutes or until browned, add the asadero cheese, Oaxaca cheese, and manchego cheese and wait for it to melt. Set aside.
Assemble the milanesa tacos with cheese: place the milanesa on a flat plate, top with choriqueso, and accompany with morita chili sauce and lime juice. Enjoy the mila cheese with the refreshing flavor of Sidral Mundet® Peach Flavor!
