For the milanesa: Dip the beef steak in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs. Press the milanesa with your hands to compact the breadcrumbs and cover completely. Set aside. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the milanesa on both sides for 5 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to remove excess oil and cut the beef milanesa into strips. Set aside.
