  • 2 cups potato, in medium cubes
  • 1 kilo pork leg, in medium cubes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 boxes Ground Tomatoes with Arbol Del Fuerte® Chile
  • 2 cups nopal, cooked, in medium cubes
  • whole black beans, with broth
  • corn tortillas

  • Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the potatoes for 5 minutes, then add the pork and cook for another 5 minutes or until it begins to change color. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour in the Ground Tomatoes with Tree Chili Del Fuerte® and cook for 20 minutes. Incorporate the nopal and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve the meat on a platter and accompany with beans and corn tortillas.
