Prepare this delicious corn bread without flour, made with cheese and chili; perfect to accompany with tasty refried beans, a spicy salsa, and a nice salad. Serve a different dish at home that everyone will love.
4 Poblano chiles, or green, roasted and deveined, cut into strips

Preheat the oven to 180º C / 350º F.
Blend corn, cream, eggs, baking powder, salt, and sugar (here, just give it 1, 2, or 3 pulses so that the corn does not get too crushed). Check seasoning; add salt and pepper if necessary.
Grease a pyrex, pour half of the corn mixture, add half of the sliced chili, pour the rest of the mixture, add more slices and cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes. Insert a toothpick to check if it is ready.

Cut to taste and serve with refried beans, salad, and a delicious salsa.
