Sushi bowls, known in Japan as chirashi-zushi (chirashi means scattered), consist of bowls that contain sushi rice and ingredients such as vegetables and fish on the surface.
Carefully fold the sesame seeds into the cold rice.
Divide the rice evenly among four or six serving bowls. Arrange the slices of salmon and tuna on top and garnish with the wakame seaweed. Serve with a bit of wasabi paste and soy sauce.
