Ingredients: 2 cups sushi rice, cooked; 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted; 100 grams fresh salmon, finely sliced sashimi quality; 100 grams fresh tuna loin, finely sliced sashimi quality; 2 tablespoons nori, wakame seaweed; wasabi, optional; soy sauce

Carefully fold the sesame seeds into the cold rice. Divide the rice evenly among four or six serving bowls. Arrange the slices of salmon and tuna on top and garnish with the wakame seaweed. Serve with a bit of wasabi paste and soy sauce.
