Prepare this delicious balsamic glazed salmon infused with basil. The texture of the salmon remains tender as it is covered by a flavorful sauce. This dish is perfect for an elegant dinner or a romantic evening.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on all sides of the salmon.
Cover a baking tray with aluminum foil and add a little oil. Place the salmon on top with the skin side down.
Sauté the chopped garlic and add the balsamic vinegar, white wine, honey, and Dijon mustard. Stir until you achieve a slightly thick sauce.
Brush the salmon with 1/3 of the sauce and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush the salmon again with another third of the sauce, return it to the oven for another 5-7 minutes. Repeat one last time to brush the salmon a total of three times.
