  • 2 cups mango, sliced
  • 3 cups rice for sushi, steamed
  • 4 seaweed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, in thin strips
  • 1 cup cucumber, in thin strips
  • 1 cup avocado, sliced
  • 2 cups pink shrimp
  • 1 cup nut praline, chopped
  • 1 cup Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cups sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon salsa macha

  • Line a sushi mat with non-stick plastic. Add a layer of mango, a layer of rice, and a piece of seaweed. Then, add cream cheese, cucumber, avocado, and shrimp.Roll from the top, pressing as you roll to form the roll. Cut with a wet knife.
  • In a bowl, mix Kikkoman® Soy Sauce, sesame oil, and salsa macha. Set aside.
  • Serve the sushi on a board, sprinkle with nuts, and accompany with Kikkoman® Soy Sauce.
