Ingredients: 2 cups mango, sliced; 3 cups rice for sushi, steamed; 4 seaweed; 1 cup cream cheese, in thin strips; 1 cup cucumber, in thin strips; 1 cup avocado, sliced; 2 cups pink shrimp; 1 cup nut praline, chopped; 1 cup Kikkoman® Soy Sauce; 1/4 cups sesame oil; 1 tablespoon salsa macha

Line a sushi mat with non-stick plastic. Add a layer of mango, a layer of rice, and a piece of seaweed. Then, add cream cheese, cucumber, avocado, and shrimp.

Roll from the top, pressing as you roll to form the roll. Cut with a wet knife. In a bowl, mix Kikkoman® Soy Sauce, sesame oil, and salsa macha. Set aside.
