Thai Noodles with Chicken

Try this delicious recipe for Thai noodles with chicken, prepared with the delicious Kikkoman® orange sauce, Kikkoman® regular soy sauce, and a touch of peanut butter. This delightful dish is perfect for an afternoon with family or for dinner.

  • 200 grams egg and wheat noodle
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1/3 cups Kikkoman® traditionally brewed soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Orange Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chicken breast, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup carrot, in thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon chile powder
  • 1/3 cups peanuts, chopped, for garnish
  • cilantro, just the leaves, for garnish
  • green onion, cut diagonally, just the green part, for garnish
  • sesame seeds, for garnish

  • Add salt to a pot of boiling water and cook the noodles for 10 minutes. Remove the noodles from the water and set aside.
  • Mix the Kikkoman® regular soy sauce, Kikkoman® orange sauce, peanut butter, and chili paste in a bowl. Mix until everything is well combined. Set aside.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a pan, add the garlic and chicken. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the carrot and chili powder, cook for 2 minutes. Then add the noodles and the previously prepared Thai sauce. Mix and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • Serve in a bowl and garnish with peanuts, cilantro leaves, green onion, and sesame seeds. Enjoy.
