Mix the Tres Estrellas® rice flour with the egg, olive oil, water, oregano, and salt. Knead until you have a homogeneous consistency.
Grease and flour a 20 cm diameter pizza tray, place the dough, and roll it out on the tray with the help of a rolling pin until you achieve an even and thin crust. Bake for 15 minutes and remove from the oven.
Add tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables, goat cheese, and bake for 10 more minutes.
