Cauliflower Boneless Pizza

  • 2 cups wheat flour, for the pizza dough
  • 6 grams dry yeast, for the pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for the pizza dough
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for the pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the pizza dough
  • 1 cup water, for the pizza dough
  • Thick Sauce Buffalo N' Ranch
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bag Frank's RedHot® Boneless Cauliflower
  • chives, finely chopped

  • Attach the dough hook to your mixer. In the bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, dry yeast, olive oil, salt, oregano, and water. Mix until you achieve a homogeneous consistency.Continue kneading for another 10 minutes or until smooth. Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and let it ferment for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  • Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm. Transfer the dough to a pizza tray and add a bit of Thick Sauce Buffalo N' Ranch for the base. Add the mozzarella cheese and Frank's RedHot® Cauliflower Boneless.Bake the vegetarian pizza at 200 °C for 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the boneless pizza with finely chopped green onions and serve with Thick Sauce Buffalo N' Ranch dressing.
