1 package Pizzereta® (pizza base), Tía Rosa®
1/4 onions
4 tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1/2 bunches parsley
2 chipotle chiles
100 grams mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Add the tomatoes, onion and garlic to the blender.
Blend everything with a little water.
Add the chipotle peppers.
Heat oil in a pan.
Strain the sauce.
Season with herbs, salt and pepper.
Cook until it changes color.
Chop the parsley finely.
Add the chopped parsley and season the meat.
Form balls of the same size.
Cook the meatballs in the sauce.
Take out the Pizzereta® Tía Rosa® from the package.
Open the sauce envelope.
Spread on Pizzereta® Tía Rosa®.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese.
Distribute the meatballs on the pizza.
Heat on a comal until the cheese melts.
