Northern Tacos

This recipe is ideal to share, because the process of preparation is very simple. Its ingredients make this recipe a dish with a very Mexican flavor!

  • 300 grams beefsteak, cool
  • 1 tomatillo, large diced
  • 1 onion, medium diced
  • 1 serrano chile, match in squares
  • fresh cilantro

  • flour tortillas
  • guacamole

  • Season the meat and cut into squares. Fry in a pan with a little oil.
  • When it is cooked and golden brown, reduce the temperature to medium low heat and add the tomato in cubes, cover to release the caldito.
  • Add the chopped onion mix a little and cover again until the onion crystallizes. The fire should always be medium low.
  • Finally add the chile serrano, cover and wait for it to soften. Finally add the coriander leaves, wait for it to release its flavor and extinguish the fire.
  • I used flour tortillas to make the taquitos and accompany them with guacamole.
