1 zucchini, long
1/2 carrots
1 broccoli
6 button mushrooms
1/2 onions
1 clove garlic
aromatic herbs
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cups sesame seeds
1/2 cups Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cups orange juice

Cook the pasta with the clove of garlic, salt and the herbs of smell.
Slice the onion, mushrooms and carrots in julienne.
Slices the zucchini in half circles.
Bring the broccoli to a boil and break it into pieces.
In a bowl place the butter and season the vegetables.
Add the spaghetti, the English sauce and the orange juice.
Finally add the anjojoli, mix well and serve.
