Tinga

Mexican recipe, rich chicken tinga. This stew of Mexican cuisine is very popular; its rich chipotle flavor is irresistible. You can eat it alone or with rich and crispy toast. But do not stop trying it.

  • 1 can chipotle chile
  • 2 onions, median
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked
  • 1 cube dry chicken broth or bouillon
  • 250 grams butter

  • Split the onion into strips and guide with the butter until they are soft.
  • When the onion is crumbling the chicken, add to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes.
  • In the blender add the whole can of chipotle chilies, the chicken powder cube cube, a little water and liquefy; add in the pan.
  • Cook for a few minutes leaving it to boil and go.
