Creamy Cold Pasta with Tuna

Try this delicious creamy pasta with tuna that is a delightful and complete dish. It is made with spiral pasta, a little celery, red onion, serrano chili, and a creamy mayonnaise dressing. The best part is that you can make it ahead of time because it is served cold.

  • 2 liters water, (1L per 100g pasta)

  • 2 packages La Moderna® rigatoni pasta
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 4 serrano chiles
  • 1 cucumber, with skin, diced
  • 4 carrots, diced
  • 3/4 cups baby corn
  • 4 cans canned tuna in water, drained
  • 3/4 cups mayonnaise, for the dressing
  • 1/4 cups sour cream, for the dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, for the dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt, of celery, for the dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper

  • In a pot over medium heat, boil the water and cook the La Moderna® Spiral with a little salt, according to the package instructions. Drain, cool, and reserve.
  • In a bowl, mix the onion with the celery, chili, cucumber, carrot, corn, tuna, and La Moderna® Spiral. Reserve.
  • For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise with the cream, mustard, celery salt, onion and garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Adjust seasoning and serve.
